I suffer from major depression and was given a sun lamp for light therapy. Does anybody have any experience with them? Were you helped? When is the best time to use them? Can you go to sleep with it on? Thanks

I have a sunlamp because i have SAD (seasonal affective disorder). It has helped me greatly! Especially when it is dark and gloomy outside. Best time to use them is the morning and during the day. My directions said to not use past 8pm because the light can stimulate you and make it harder for you to fall asleep at night. So don’t leave it on at night! way too bright. GOOD LUCK!! i hope you feel better.

The meat was sizzling and the smoke, apart from shooing the mosquitoes away, was heavenly with the aroma of meat, spices and herbs. I could not have asked for better therapy to cure the effects of a stressful week.
Hundreds of books and documentaries have been written about stress reduction. Quite a few years ago, I found the perfect cure for this disease that strikes just about everyone in America, sometimes in their lives, no matter how they seem to be back laid.
There is something therapeutic about sitting around the old barbeque smoker, let your soul dangle and move. Late night sounds of crickets, frogs, chirping and the occasional barking of a dog startled mixture with a small barbeque music on the radio.
