Question : What do you about wedding registries? Tacky or classy?
These days I have noticed almost everybody sends a little note with a registry on it along with their wedding invitations. Do you think this is rude? Is it tacky or classy?

I’m doing the same, I don’t feel that it is tacky.
edit:: I’m using a registry, not sending them with invites.

Question : where can I buy one of those tacky palm trees with the rope lights?
My Aunt has one and I want one for my deck,but she doesn’t remember where she got it,and I was looking for one.Hers has a white painted metal frame with just green and white rope lights,green for the leaves and white for the trunk.The trunk spirals up to the leaves.It’s very tacky looking but it would be great for outdoor parties at night in the summer.I think my Aunt said she got it as a joke gift from somebody,and it was only like 30 or 40 bucks.The ones I saw on the internet are very similar to hers,but much more expensive and the leaves were green with green rope lights.

Is it really so tacky to use fake flowers to decorate your wedding?

I am for those of us who can not afford $ 1000 + to ask damn wedding flowers. And also because I have terrible allergies and do not want to be red to a sneezing bride & A, too.
