Question : Questions about the Dyson DC14 Animal HEPA Vacuum?
I am thinking about buying this vacuum to suck up all the cat hair from my furniture. I’d like to know if it’s worth the $ 500+ and also if this product works well on hard wood floors. I’ve heard how well it works on carpet, but does it clean easily on a hard wood floor as well?

I would never ever buy another dyson. For the first few vacs they are excellent then the suction goes. You need to wash filters etc regularly. The main reason I wouldn’t buy another though is they are not hard wearing at all, parts break frequently and even with a warrenty it can take up to 2 weeks to get parts. Try Miele or hoover instead.
