Question : Is an electric dog fence legal to put up if children live next door and could it hurt them?
I live in Harris County, Texas and my neighbor has one of those electric wire’s (meant to keep your dog in) but he runs it through the fence and I have 4 small children, while I supervise their outside activities, it is impossible for me to be everywhere all the time. I don’t want to start a war with my neighbor, but my children’s safety is most important.

When it comes 2 spanish I can talk and understand but I can’t read or write it and plus this is a class 4 ppl who already read,write,talke,and understand spanish so its not like they teach me to read or write..And I have more then all the points I need for all my other classes but that one and now they’re telling me if I don’t get a B I won’t go to the next grade leve.I mean come on If u won’t send a blind person 2 take an eye test then why send some one that can’t read or wirte in spanish 2 do just that.

If you are taking 6 classes, and are passing all those classes, then you will go onto the next grade. If you are taking 6 classes and only passing 5 of them, you should still be able to go onto the next grade. If you’re only failing that one class, then it shouldn’t hold you back from the next grade up.
