Well, if she is completely healthy, no diarrhea or anything then no matter how well you wash the rugs she smells the scent she left and will keep going back. If you can wash them in the laundry, try letting them soak in a strong vinegar water, the hotter the better for several hours, then make sure they are rinsed very well. This may work to get her scent out of them. There is also a product called Simple Solutions sold at most pet places such as PetsMart which contains enzymes which actually eat up the cause of the scent. Most definitely scrub the floor under the rugs with a vinegar water solution or the Simple Solution type product as the scent could even remain on the floor under the rugs!
