Question : How to open non-digital Jenn-Air Oven after self-clean. It`s been 2 days so cool enough. Lever is locked.?
I have an older model Jenn-Air oven and used the self-clean mode over 2 days ago, and cannot unlock it. I think the problem may be that I manually locked it before setting the clean mode. I tried unplugging it and I tried looking on the Jenn-Air site. Since it is not digital I do not have a cancel button. There are 3 dial buttons, one for clock, one for auto-start and one for auto-stop, but I did not use these to clean, but am not sure if they are part of the solution or not. I moved into a house with this stove, so don’t have the manuals. Plus it is probably 20 years old.

I really need to open this oven. Can anyone help?

Unplug u r oven from the wall that should disengage the door lock if not leave it unplugged and shake handle up and down and side to side!!It sounds like a faulty switch that lockes the door hope that’s some help!

My Calphalon pot with removeable strainer is about 12 inches tall.

But from what I’ve read:
Wall-mount pot fillers can be mounted anywhere above the stove height for ease of use. However, they must clear the tallest pot that will be used. A height of 20″-24″ above the top of the burner is recommended. In the case of a gas cooktop, measure from the top of the grate

We’re doing a bathroom remodel and have walked into some of the million dollar homes that have tiled walk in showers that have the spray nozzles on the sides as well as the showerhead that is above your head. I think they are called Swiss or Swedish showers but can’t find anything to verify that so I can tell the builder what we’re looking for. Can anyone help?

All the top companys do these showers. Kohler is a big name but any bath fixture company offers these types of showers. Do your homework by going to a Home Depot, Home Expo or Lowes. We have a 5 ft. shower with two heads that is easy enough to do but I think what you are looking for is the multiple sprays from a surround feature that is on a select system. Again, there isn’t a name for it. Just ask for what you want at any of the above mentioned and they will direct you to what you need. Go to home shows. They show these showers all the time. Look on line for surround showers. I’m sure you will find something there as well.

I love the Obagi Clear – I use the whole system. I don’t know about using only the Clear, you should ask your dermatologist or someone who sells Obagi.

Question : What type of adhesive or tape product should I use to reconnect my fabric shade to it’s roller?
It is a Hunter Douglas full loop roller shade and the end that is adhered to the roller came off after 7 years and shade ended up on my floor last night.

I called Hunter Douglas and said it is proprietary which we all know is a crock….Adhesive is Adhesive albeit they differ by application.

Thanks for any help on this.

How soon after Steam Cleaning should you put furniture back in it’s place? The floor doesn’t feel very wet at all, just a teeeeeny bit damp, so we were wondering when we should set the chairs and bookshelf back into place.

Do you mean carpet?? The carpet should be quite dry but most people just put something under the furniture legs for a day until the carpet is totally dry and then lift the furniture just enough to pull out the barrier.

Drying time varies with type of carpet and atmospheric humidity. If you have a fan, turn it on to blow over the carpet to speed dry. You should n’t be walking on a damp carpet either. Can you hold off until tomorrow? Otherwise, use little protectors….aluminium foil for example under the furniture legs.

The one I looked at for an example had a problem matrix to decipher lamp flashes. See section 9.

The compressor shouldn’t run below 36F (2C) ambient btw.
