Studies have shown an increase in muscle in healthy adults who use hgh, but it’s actually not a very effective way of getting muscle increase and it’s extremely expensive. Regular strength training is a great deal more effective and doesn’t have any side effects. Hgh doesn’t reduce aging, it doesn’t make you taller and more slender, and selling or using growth hormone without a prescription is illegal. It’s a great tool if you need it, but otherwise, stay away and take care of your body as it is with a healthy diet and plenty of exercise.
