Question : Can a King Mattress work with a California King Sleigh head and footboard?
We mistakenly bought a beautiful California King Sleigh headboard for our son. He wanted a regular King Size bed. Will a regular King Mattress work. I know it will be shorter, but what about the sides, since a California King is narrower?

Cal king size is 72x 84 and king size is 76×80
