I am planning a baby shower and I would like it to be a bit different from every other baby shower that I have been to where it seems like we just do the same old thing. Can you tell me what your favorite themes have been, favorites foods, favorite games, if you even like games at the showers, favorite party favors, etc. I am just really looking for some fun, unique ideas. THANKS!!

i rarely go to showers because…. none of my friends are having babies yet but out of the showers i have been to and the ones that have been thrown for me i like the ones with NO games! really just hanging out and getting to visit with everybody has been the best part about my showers because it isn’t all that often that i get together with all of my friends and just hang out.

I posted this about a month or two ago, but it was just a top 10 of every year of the decade. Now its in the normal continuous format with some minor changes and some additions due to the fact that some years had over 10 albums worthy of the list while others only had like 6 that were worthy. So some albums that were top 10 for their year would have been on the other list but might have got beat out on this list by a better album from a better year but which wasn’t top 10 of its year. Anyway, here’s the list:

I looked around Homedepot and Lowe’s Home fabric center, but I couln’t find my favorite fabric for roman shade,roller shade or valances. At JOANN, there are many lovely fabrics but They don’t take any custom made shade. And I am not good at sewing..
Please let me know a fabric store where I can order a custom made window decorations? (near LA or OC in CA.)

Your best bet is to look for Notions Shops, Fabric Stores, Interior Design Shops and see if you can’t find a drapery workroom or seamstress through one of these sources. Castec Shades is a national company, I think located in CA. They might have a dealer you could contact as well.
