Question : Ballet/Dance exercise splits..?
what exercise can i do before and after school to help me be more flexable and be able to do the splits. i am not flexable at all but quite thin and light i can do crabs and flips on the trampoline( landing on bum) so as i said not flexable so what can make me more flexable i could do 15mins beofre school and upto an hour after. on mon,wed and fri i goto the outdoor gym for 1 hour, then on tuesdays i have dance classes (bllat , tap , modern) for 2 hours and 15mins.

I did this when i was like 8 so im sure that it will work for you…

Its very simple…

Just hold your splits or whatever you want to improve on for 1 minute. 2x… In about a month you will have your splits.

It will only get there it you are fully dedicated and do it before and after school. I did! Trust me… It works!
