How can anyone answer this question if we don’t know where you have your house, or how big it is? The price depends on the exact size of your house and the exact economic conditions in your area. A painter in Beverly hills, CA would charge far more for this job, for the same sized house, than a painter in St. John, ND.
Also, I would recommend that you color coat the stucco, not paint it. Color coat lasts longer and is the intended method of adding color to the outside of a stucco building., but you would need to hire a plasterer for that job and a painter for the trim.

This can truly be a set-and-forget system that will keep your attic space ventilated in the summer and then shut down in the cooler weather, but will also serve to reduces moisture build-up.
