I want to get a 400 Thread Count Goose Down Firm Pillow.
What is the best brand and highest thread count for this?
Please do not recommend any other pillows other than Goose Down.

You can’t shop by brand. If thread count is what you want you will have to search for thread count. All brands carry different counts.

I will take a laptop bag and a purse on the plane.
Can I bring my teddy bear and one of those plane neck ring pillow things? Or will those have to count?

It shouldn’t be a problem taking everything you listed, but try and squeeze some of those in your purse. Otherwise, you can still try bringing all of it.
