Question : Just what is this ductless A/C unit I keep hearing advertized? How do it work? Claim is that it need not cool?
rooms that are not being used,.as a central unit would. In a hospital where I worked we sometimes installed temporary ‘spot coolers’ but it required a flex duct to expel the heat up into the dropped ceiling or out a window, also it employed a drain pan that had to be emptied much like the old drain pan on the old ‘ice-box’
