What do bridesmaids do with their bouquets after the ceremony?

Question : What do bridesmaids do with their bouquets after the ceremony?
Do most bridesmaids want to put their bouquets in a safe place to keep and preserve them, or do they toss them out, or do they (or the bride and groom) find a creative way to display them during the reception?

I don’t really care what our bridesmaids’ do, but if they don’t want to keep them, I was thinking of finding an easy way to display them during the reception. Would this be pretty? What do you think? (Our caterer is already providing free centerpieces for the tables.)

I’ve been a bridesmaid at 3 weddings and we put our bouquets around the cake at the cake table at all three so we did the same thing at my wedding. I’ve also attended weddings where there were vases set up for the bouquets at the head table.

I have a special wedding keepsake box that I keep my bouquets and mementos from weddings I have been in.

My fiance and I disagree on this. He thinks the wedding photographer SHOULD be able to use his flash during the wedding ceremony while I think it is tacky and rude. We dont have much time to recreate the ceremony after its over b/c we have very limited time at reception (morning wedding/ afternoon lunch @ Maggianos.. have to be out by 4pm sharp) What is proper etiquette?

What is the proper etiquette for wedding gifts for a couple who are having a cival ceremony in a park with the justic of the peace, no reception afterward..will be at a later date? Are you suppose to give them money when you attend their wedding or the reception at a later date??

Umm, why are you trying to get gifts? There’s no such thing as a reception at a later date. The reception takes place right after the ceremony, to “receive” the couple..
The only people who would give gifts are thoe who are invited to the ceremony.
Anything else is gift grabby and in very poor taste, regardless of what you might read on here.

PS – Not a popular answer I see but I saw your earlier questions and you are asking on behalf of yourself. Greed is not cool.

They had a perfect sunset that day and the ocean was pumping with waves which made for an awesome background. Couples often come to Maui to get married for both sunset and morning weddings. Maui offers both public and private wedding sites. We never advise couple to get married on a public because there is no control over who will be there (speedo boy, girls in g-strings, dogs, other weddings, etc). Instead we recommend a private location for the wedding ceremony wedding and THEN move to a public beach for sunset photo/video. This video- was shot with the Canon XL H1 video camera. We redundantly record to both Hard Drive and tape. Two wireless mics are always used for to capture audio from the couples and the reverend during the ceremony. Has anyone done this? Wanting to know a place to buy in bulk Im needing about 250. My colors are Tiffany Blue and Gold. Possibly printing the program on the fans also, but dont have to. I want the folding affect, can be paper or other material. Any suggestions will help, thanks so much!

I am having an outside wedding ceremony in a field under some trees. How can I set up the programs? Drag a table out there? Put them in the chairs? Also should I put the guest book at the reception or out there at the ceremony too?

Any ideas?
