I am SO frustrated! Our cat got locked in out room and my husband and I had left for work. She was locked for 9+ hours and peed in our bed. We got in bed and I smelled urine. So I started moving the covers around and sure enough she had peed a HUGE spot which soaked through all our blankets, sheets, and mattress cover leaving the mattress soaked. I washed all of our bedding in bleach/detergent and the smell came out of them. We couldn’t “fliip” the mattress because it’s a pillow top. Well.. The clean sheets and all our bedding stink no matter what I do because the smell rises from the mattress. I am so upset with this and DO NOT know what to do. I dont even want to get in our bed because the smell makes me sick (Im 20 weeks pregnant). We spent $ 1000 on this mattress for my husband when he had back surgery and the mattress is not even a year old. HELP!!!!!

I have found the Resolve Pet Formula (grocery store) works pretty well for urine stains/smell. But you will have to really soak the spot so the liquid gets down to the bottom of the stain.
There is also a product sold in pet stores called “Nature’s Miracle” that works well but it didn’t find it to work as well on foam rubber as the Resolve did.

You can’t shop by brand. If thread count is what you want you will have to search for thread count. All brands carry different counts.

id go with rhino liner, it takes a beating and is very cheap. It is easy to apply also.

I want to buy a projector for a low price and most of the ones available are lacking bulbs. I can find some projector bulbs for very cheap but most for very expensive. Can I replace a bulb for a projector with any as long as it’s the same wattage and type?

You can replace it as long as it fits. One thing about projectors, they bulbs don’t last long maybe 2,000 hours compare to 100,000 hours for an LCD or Plasma tvs. Also you’ll need a decent projector screen and a very dark room for the projectors to be any good. Off brand projectors are not worth the price, low quality and not very reliable. By the time you spend for the projector, screen and bulbs it is higher than a Plasma or LCD tv.

I highly suggest looking into Haworth products. They have a dealer network worldwide. They make office interiors for all levels from budget to executive. They have outlets all over western Europe and Moscow. Look up a dealer nearest you. I really like the Italian made designs.

About 3 to 4 months ago we purchased a bed from a Sealy dealer. It was delivered and all was well. We thought. Last week changing the sheets I found a black small long bug crawling on it. The a week later I found a few more. I am sickened! I called the dealer and they assured me 100% that they didn’t come from the bed. Mind you my other beds and couches do not have this pest problem. What advice do you have? Is there a way I can get my money back or just an exchange. US Mattress is the company. We cannot sleep on the bed and are now on our couches or our daughters bed. Thanks for ANY advice.

someone brought the bugs into your house. did any of your friends sleep over at any time in the last few months if so that’s where they came from. only thing you an do is fumigate the house.

I just bought a brand new home and my driveway is standard black-top asphault. My garage is a poured concrete slab. I would like to seal them both against the elements and daily wear-and-tear. What is the best product for each respective project? I live in the midwest where winters can be particularly harsh. Finally, I would like a garage floor sealer that doesn’t make the surface slippery when it is wet. Thanks!

For the garage, use only a two part epoxy sealer. While the epoxy is still wet, sprinkle lightly with masonry sand. There are products that do the same thing, but at much more expense. For the driveway, a standard asphault sealer will suffice. Both can be found at Lowes, Home Depot, or a local paint store.

My kitten had a toy under it and bit a few holes in it trying to get it out, which is totally my fault for making the bed with a cat toy in it! But I love the comforter and want to replace it. It is blue in the center, has a chocolate brown line down each side and the top and edges are white. It was part of a set and came with the bedskirt and pillow shams.
