Turned the gas back on and now the furnace is broken. Suggestions?
It all started when I turned the gas valve main front of my house because I brought in a new cooktop and vent in my kitchen island. (The new downdraft vent was in conflict with the gas line, so I had a new route.) Anyway, when I connected everything back up, I turned the gas nouveau.C It was a few weeks. Gas Applicance all my works well, except for the oven. It is a Rheem Imperial High Efficiency circa 1990 with electronic ignition. If I switch it on (thermostat is on the way and heat setting, fan set to automatic), turns on the main fan comes on the blower purge, but no flame. In a minute change from the fans, but the clean-blower remains on. No flame. This is how it is the luck of the year, without heat reste.Le be! I bought a Sealy Posturepedic mattress warehouse Ultraplush a few weeks ago. This is a very beautiful and extremely soft mattress but my back hurts when I wake up. My pillows are slightly firmer, so sometimes I sleep without a pillow and that helps a little. I can not the mattress, because it was non-refundable and non exchangeable and beyond, I had a very good deal, since 40% discount. Mattress still looks good but is this normal? Suggestions? Thanks! I had the same problem with my really nice, really expensive mattress. The pain was mainly around my neck and shoulders. A small firm pillow under my neck rolled helped. It was not long, my body got accustomed, and now the pain is much less.

Alyssa will be 9 months old on Wednesday and she has had a blanket from day 1. She sleeps better with one.

My boyfriend and I have been sharing a bed for 6 years now, and we both hated our mattress. So recently we decided to invest in a good mattress… we were really interested in Tempur-pedic, but decided against it. We ended up getting a luxurious ‘Aireloom’ mattress that is supposed to be supportive, but also has a huge fluffy pillow top (with latex foam, I think).
Now, I have no problem with the mattress… I love feeling enveloped by it, but my boyfriend has been suffering from bad back pain. He has sciatica (pressure on the sciatic nerve resulting in chronic back and leg pain… not usually a permanent condition).
We are nearing the deadline for exchanging it, and I was wondering if anyone has experienced a similar issue, and if so, is there a particular mattress that has worked well for you? I prefer a soft mattress… he prefers firm.
I should also mention that we can’t get a ‘Sleep Number’ because they are not carried at Sit and Sleep (we have to exchange for something there)

I also have the same problem but have not yet resolved it. There is a new research that suggests that contrary to popular belief, a firm mattress may not necessarily be best for the back. Although experts said it doesn’t mean everyone would benefit from a medium mattress, and that trial and error is still the best way to choose.

I never recommend a firm mattress (although we do have them on sale) because your body does not need a firm surface to sleep on. It will eventually hurt your back, neck, etc.
Someone here mentioned a “7-zoned” area mattress and I have to say that he is correct. Different parts of your body need different support. Your back (between your shoulder and your hips) needs the most support than your neck, head, or legs.
3-zoned mattresses are great because they use different types of foams to address different areas of your body. They will use a firmer foam in the center of the mattress to address your back and two different foams on the top and bottom of the mattress for your head and legs.
If you can’t find a 3-zoned mattress, then buy a plush mattress because its softness will allow the foam to comfort to your body. The back will get the support needed while the softness will be easy on your neck and legs.
Pillow top mattresses are great if you are looking for lots of softness. They may also provide great support for your back, but if you are someone suffering with back problems I suggest finding a thinner pillow top so you can have great support with some comfort.
Remember back problems = weak back. Get the support your back needs. Do NOT buy foam mattresses (like tempurpedic). Tempurpedic is great but does not give enough support your back needs. A spring-mattress will be much better!

My question is how do I relieve pressure on my lower back? Also what is the best sleeping position? I noticed when I go to sleep I sleep better on my stomach, but the problem is the lower back starts to sink and it causes me to have back pain in the morning. Then when I try sleeping on my side I can’t even fall asleep and if I sleep on my back I get sleep apnea episodes. I am trying to find a way so I can sleep better without any interruptions so that does incluses mattress and pillows. Anyone know what I can do?

Well if your having episodes of apnea, you need to tell your doctor so you can have a sleep study done. They may prescribe a C-pap device for you to sleep with at night. this would help greatly at night in relieving the apnea. This would allow you to sleep on your back, then you could try raising your legs on pillows or a cushion of some type. This will allow your lower back to drop into better alignment and be more straight during the night. This is probably why you sleep better on your stomach. Your apnea is reduced. Good luck…
