Question : I have a GE washer that won’t spin or agitate.?
The Model # is WJSR2070B2WW. It was off balance and started making a horrible noise and wouldn’t agitate or spin. It does fill up and pump the water back out. My son looked at it and pushed on something underneath and it agitated, but still wouldn’t spin. He says he thought some “shaft” was bent. He is not an appliance repair person, though. Online sites are suggesting some coupler thing could be the problem. I am praying it is not the clutch or transmission. This washer is only 4 years old. We are on fixed income and can’t afford costly repair or new washer. If we knew what it was, son could probably fix it. HELP!!

My carpet has several stains from oil/grease from an office chair that was on the carpet, there are about 50 little round black stains and am wondering if the rug doctor cleaning machines would work to get these stains out of my carpet? because I’m not sure if these machines are just for general cleaning of carpets or if they get stains out?

They are great for general cleaning of the carpet, but what gets the stains out is the cleaning product itself. There are spot removers etc, but I usually just use Bissell rug and carpet shampoo.
Put a few drops on a sponge and go over the spots. You might find that you don’t even need to use the machine after all.

I have a 3yr old who wanted to give the kitty a bath in her 2yr old brothers room & dumped a 12oz bottle of cat shampoo over the cat. Needless to say the cat is clean enough to eat off of(eeew!) but the carpet shampoo machine I have cautions against useing it to clean foaming products. So again I ask!

Wow, that’s a lot of soap….. i would use vinegar to cut the soap and just keep extracting from the carpet….. it will have to be done over and over and over…. what a mess!
