Try scrubbing them with a plastic pot scraper – so it won’t scratch – and baking soda.

Go to your hardware store, and buy a product called CLR. This works for anything from hard water stains, to cleaning your coffee pots.

I have found that cream copper cleaner is pretty much useless, but the powder kind like Cameo brand is pretty darn good. Of course, you DO have to scrub it. When that didn’t work, I have used CLR to remove stains and hard water deposits from my Revereware, though it requires a good soaking, and I still usually finish up with Cameo to remove any oxidation spots.

Your other option is a cotton wheel buffer and jewlers rouge.

try putting ketchup on the pans, and let it sit for about 1-2hrs.that should do the trick!!!:)

Get yourself a nice bottle of wine, your favorite. Using a corkscrew, carefully open the bottle, reserving the cork. Pour yourself a nice glass and savor the moment. Now take the cork and dip it in warm water then salt. Sip the wine. Rub the copper pans with the salted cork. Don’t forget to continue to enjoy the wine. Scrub those pans until they shine! Pour yourself another glass of wine. Make sure those pans are spick and span. After you have completed your copper cleaning take care that the wine bottle is empty because you can’t put that cork back in it!
