i have a new room and i paint it blue so what ceiling fan type is better modern or classy

Hamilton is a very good brand – you may have to go with a white ceiling fan unless you paint the blades a different color before you assemble the fan.
It depends on the style of the rest of your room. Is your room modern or classy? Blue could be either. Personally I don’t like ceiling fans.
Looking for modern? Get an interestingly shaped white modern lamp.
Classy? Get a chandelier.
Cheap ceiling fans are just tacky, and to get one that is very nice will cost you a lot of money.
