I mean the memory foam mattress of 10 inches thick, not just a topper of 2 inches. Costco is selling the twin size at about $ 400, so it is definitely more expensive than most of the regular twin mattress.
We had a queen memory foam mattress for 5 years and we like it. Just not sure whether it is good for my kids, age 2 and 4.

I know how comfortable they are, but I read an article that says it’s not really safe for very small kids, due to danger of suffocation, lack of spine support/posture problems, and strong chemical odors… the article is here: http://hubpages.com/hub/Memory-Foam-Mattresses-for-Children-10z3z1
I also remember reading in the product info when we bought ours that it is a highly flammable material and burns very fast & hot, which is even more worrisome when you think of the possibility of a house fire and child safety.

Question : Can the Photographer use a flash during the wedding ceremony?
My fiance and I disagree on this. He thinks the wedding photographer SHOULD be able to use his flash during the wedding ceremony while I think it is tacky and rude. We dont have much time to recreate the ceremony after its over b/c we have very limited time at reception (morning wedding/ afternoon lunch @ Maggianos.. have to be out by 4pm sharp) What is proper etiquette?

Question : If I have a platinum diamond ring would a white gold wedding band stick out?
My wife has a platinum engagement ring, and I have only found a white gold wedding band so far. Would she notice the difference between the two? Or better yet would it be noticeable to others? I know about rhodium plating and all that, But I just want to know if it would look bad in general?

I think it’s important to have them match. I was in the same situation and found that white gold didn’t quite match my platinum band (plus, white gold can fade to yellow over time). Though it was – sadly – more expensive, I went with a platinum wedding band similar to this one: http://www.e-weddingbands.com/store/media/PFL2B.jpg.

I have a mahogany traditional bedroom set and two of my walls are dark brown so my room looks very dark when i just go into my room. i want to decorate my room and bathroom w/ blue and brown and i want it to match. i love those two colors toghter but i think that it would only look right with modern bedroom sets. Please help me with some coloring ideas

A very light tan or sand color would brighten and be neutral enough to match other color variations including blue tones. FYI I am an interior designer so this is the safest answer without being able to view the space.

Question : What is the best way to distribute wedding favors?
We’re having a destination wedding in Las Vegas and having a small lunch reception afterward. I found these cute little dice soap favors for my family and friends but not sure how to go about handing them out. After the wedding ends, my DH to be and I will be finishing up with the photographer for a little bit before we head out to the luncheon.
Should I have someone hand out the favors to everyone directly after the ceremony or pass them around once we arrive for lunch?

Question : how to make a personalized clock?
for Christmas, i wanted to make a personalized clock, like a mini grandfather clock (i think its called a grandmother clock), for my mother. i was thinking about buying one on ebay and then changing the face of it. i also was thinking of making a wall clock, which might be easier. i am a huge HP fan and was thinking about making the Weasly’s clock. instead of having the times- 12, 1, 2, 3, etc.- it would be- Home, School, Work, etc. and also wanted to put pictures of our faces on the hands, but there are four of us.
anyway, my questions-
how do i make a wall clock?
can i change the face and hands of a grandmother clock?
can a clock have four hands?

portable air filtration devices cause ozone problems in a room bothering lungs as much as the airborne particles the devices are supposed to remove, this where no ducting exists in home

There are plenty of air filtration devices that do just that, filter the air. I have one.
Some air filtration devices generate ozone in addition, and these are NOT recommended by any good rating agency, such as Consumer Reports. I have no idea why they are manufactured, but if you have one, toss it or return it.
An exhaust fan will just pull in more polluted air from outside, so unless the room is the source of pollution, it will not help.
