Can I use Kitchenaid (stainless steel & copper) cookware on ceramic cooktops?

Question : Can I use Kitchenaid (stainless steel & copper) cookware on ceramic cooktops?
I bought these pots & pans because they’re really beautiful and were on sale, but I see that they are not recommended as the copper can apparently fuse on the cooktop. Is anyone using this cookware on a ceramic cooktop? Also, how can we prevent the copper from discoloring? Thanks!

Well copper melts at about 2000F and most stainless steels are roughly in the same range. I really doubt your cooktop is going to reach that range of temperature so I think you’re safe from having your pots fusing to your stove.

Question : How to put custom ringtones on Samsung Glyde?
I recently got the samsung glyde. I have an 8gb micro SD card and my laptop has a card reader. Ive managed to get music pictures and videos on it. How do you put custom ringtones on it though? I’m pretty sure ringtones are saved only on the phone not the sd card but I cant acess and manually put ringtones on there. Please help.

its the same for all of verizon–which i have and i do this

so you have to record a song then send it to yourself as a multimedia mesage

then hit options and click save sound as ringtone

then the swong will be in your ringtones

ya it is annyonig that verizon doesnt let you use your music as a ringtone–i hate that!!!

To be honest with you, I always throw wedding favors away unless its food. With that said I would do something more personal like a little box filled with bite size candies but use yours and your fiances favorite candies. I had a Caribbean style wedding and I filled little tin buckets with coconut filled hershey kisses, they were a hit!

I found this place near by and its really beautiful! They have wedding packages that include everything! Considering i’ve found many place that cost about this price and its just for the rental i’m thinking this is a steal….. $ 8750(for 125 guests…give or take) and this is whats included.

Get a good exterior urethane or clear coat that has uv inhibtors in it. Put 2-3 coats minimum on it and it should be fine.

I’m considering today’s Thing Fling, which is a portable car ventilation fan that is solar powered. I would like to know whether this actually works – does it actually exhaust hot air effectively?

They seem to work, as long as there is adequate solar energy to keep the thing running.

I’m not really sure if they’re more effective than just leaving the car’s windows open a bit.
