Question : What is the best pillow wedge or bed risers to use to help Acid Reflux?
I have Acid Reflux and was wondering what is the best Pillow wedge or bed risers to use. Also, I watch TV often from my bed and its uncomfortable to just use pillows to support my head while watching TV. Can you tell me the product name and where I can purchase them?

Google, Bed wedge….You can find them pretty much anywhere, they are just foam. If you have a lot of spare pillows around the house…or even a pillow from the sofa, you can stick them between the matress and boxspring to raise the head of the bed.

This one looks really nice, but for a pillow, very expensive.
