My brother sells those promotional item do-dads. He goes to the client, and the two of them figure out what to get, based on the client’s budget, product, clientele, etc. There are bazillions of different things to get!!!
Everyone likes free stuff period. Promotional items are value added with a perceived value assigned to each item.
