Question : Photo Invitations?
My family and friends pretty much expect uniqueness from me. I don’t like doing what everyone else does. ei: traditional engraved invitations. I’m really good at Photoshop and since I want good quality prints, I may use an online photo service. I will print 100 5x7s, tie a ribbon around each one, and put them in envelopes with their names on it. I think instead of throwing it away they will be quicker to frame it or place it in a photo album as a keepsake.

Question : I need a dog fence not electric for my apartment?
I want to be able to sit outside with my dog without chaining him this summer. I do not want an electric dog fence. I guess ideally I am looking for like a pen fence only smaller and only 3 sided. Like a little picket gate fence that folds in and out and is not permanent does such a thing exist?

I got one for my own dog when I lived in an apt. I went to a hardware store called lowe’s and bought a buch of fencing that goes around plants in the garden. You just hook the ends together and you can make them as big or small as you want them. Walmart has them in the garden section as well. They are designed to keep dogs OUT, so Why not In? It worked great for me. They just slide into the ground with studry little wires so it does not even mark up the lawn.

Tips for exterior paint peeling gutters

exterior painting problem that most homeowners fear is peeling gutters and downspouts. It’s pretty boring … effective. The paint on the rest of the house looks like a good outfit, but shed paint your gutters and downspouts shed like a black birch bark the bark on a bad day.

3 After evaporation of the solvent, metal cement below apply color directly on the bare galvanized metal spots. Let the primer dry according to manufacturer’s recommendations, then apply either latex paint or oil paint as a topcoat.
If you are able to remove all oils from the bare metal with the solvent, the bare metal covered with latex paint. I found over the years, that was much better when the clean surface, easy latex paint adheres to bare galvanized metal and oil paint.
Finish the job with at least one layer of good quality building. Use two coats in extreme cases.
