Question : What is the best exterior house paint?
I am looking for recommendations for exterior paint and the process involved in painting a house. Is priming a must?

BEHR makes a good paint you need to look for a paint that will take you for so many years so ask at the paint store what is the longevity of the paint you plan to purchase, it may be a 5 year or a 10 year LATEX
I tried Behr paint about 5 years ago. Pathetic! It’s weathered down to primer already. I wouldn’t give $ .05 a 5 gallon bucket for more of it.
This time we used Valspar (self priming) from Lowe’s. It seems to be a lot better than that Behr crap.
