Question : What is the proper way to clean a marble kitchen floor? What chemicals(cleaning solutions) should be used?
The kind of dirt that needs to be removed is “typical” kitchen stuff: jam, honey, light layer of grease, dust, etc. I don’t want to buy really expensive equipment. I have a mop, bucket and am willing to buy soap, cleaning agents, etc.Thanks.

A marble kitchen floor? Are you sure? Not very practical for a kitchen, if you ask me. And you didn’t.

So, you need to try a baking soda and water paste and work well over the marble. Let stand until dry and re-wet and scrub some more if need be and rinse well.

Look into having it sealed.
