Question : Has anyone ever used Warmly Yours to heat a floor?
We want to use the Warmly Yours product under carpet on a slab floor in a step down family room.

I haven’t used Warmly Yours but I do have radiant heating under my tile floors and under the carpet in one room. There is nothing like it. Having warm feet is heaven. You can live with much cooler temperatures when the floor is warm.
What I would do is ask your dealer to give you some references of people who have installed them and then give them a call. It is always good to talk to someone that has had some experience with the product.
One thing I noticed from my system (a hot water through tubes in the floor) is that it takes a while to warm the room. So I’ve put the thermostats on a timer so that when I get up the room is already warm. While this may be a disadvantage there is no forced air drying out everything and the heat is really comfortable with no cold spots anywhere. And if you have animals (especially cats) they love the warm floor.
