Can someone help me? my father and I are installing a Cordova Tuscany Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet brushed nickel finish. ( 673-6455) We can’t seem to attach the neck of the faucet to the to these metal rings Im not sure of. How do we do this? Also the directions are poorly drawn and wrote so we are lost.

@Izzy45856 No. The water doesn’t come out of the veggie spray when the faucet is off and the veggie spray lever is pushed.

@Izzy45856 Hah! That happened to me years ago as a young apprentice plumber. You just have to unscrew the flexible spray hose where it attaches to the underside of the faucet. It will not be easy.

so this is a sort of comical situation that turned out to be quite the pain in the butt…

we were fixing a pipe under the sink because the valve had cracked and there was water everywhere… well we got the pipe fixed, now after words I discovered that the hose for the veggie spray got placed on the wrong side of the pipe so we can no longer pull it out and use it. How would i fix this? Is there a simple way I could do this?

i do have this one tool that works perfect woth those plastic nuts. Its a bar that had different knoches on each end of it. I think rigid make it, but its the best 20 bucks ive ever spent. its another version of the basin wrench

it does stop when i use the veggie spray but starts jumping again as soon as i stop using spray. helppppp!

If you have a veggie spray, sometimes air in that hose causes this. Turn on the veggies spray and get all the air out of that line.

i installed a one handle faucet in my kitchen but spout jumps up and down when cold or hot water is turned on, almost like it has air in it. whats wrong???

Great, gave me the confidence to finish the stupid install off. I was mentally constipated on weather Teflon tape should be used at the flex hose connections and you answered it here so thanks.

You can be one in the same here. It just so happens that when I was still actively building, I was a licensed master plumber here. Since I retired from active day-to-day building, I’ve not paid my fees to keep my plumbing license active. But I still retain all the knowledge. Well, until my mind starts to deteriorate.
