Of course dust is everywhere and it is impossible to get rid of 100% of the dust one encounters. I’m just saying that when I would dump a bagless vacuum, I would always end up inhaling a super concentrated amount of dust all at once. That never happened with my Oreck. What this infomercial even fails to mention is that you need to hit the filter many times to get the dust off of it and that creates even more dust.

Well i have bad news for you… no matter where you go there will be dust… because dust is really only dead skin cells, germs, and other stuff. So it does not matter if you get all of that dust up, because when you go outside to thow away your bag and walk backin there will be dust in the air ready for you to suck back in!

The worst vacuum cleaner I have ever used in my life is the Dyson DC01, it’s just disgustingly bad. Dosen’t pick up a thing and it DOES lose suction even before the canister is half empty. It also only runs for 5mins before it overheats and cuts out (Dyson told us nothing is wrong with it) and the plastics are so cheap and flimsy it falls to bits. Dyson are unreliable poorly performing piles of junk!

Why would it not. My point was The Dirt and all that shit is brought up by a brushroll. And than it takes it from there. Everyone bad mouths Oreck and god only knows why. There is nothing wrong with Oreck. Just cause some vac collector thinks he knows everything about a oreck…..Screw them cause Most prob collect old hoovers that had no suction and the brushroll brought it up…so everybody just shut the hell up….

Actually, yes. What about all those dustmites, dust particles including dead skin cells and deep down grit, all hiding away in the bottom of your carpet? Do you REALLY want to be sharing your home with all those dust mites? Lest we forget, like all living organisms, they excrete. So all those millions of dust mites breeding and pooing in your carpet – none of it will go up the Oreck.

It doesn’t matter if you dump the bagless vacuum canister inside or outside. Dust gets everywhere and unless you hold your breath you will breath in dust. Plus I never failed to get a dirt on my body no matter how careful I was. That dirt went back into the house when I walked inside. I now have a bag vacuum and I’ll never go back to bagless.
