I don`t know a lot about cameras, but below are some reviews and prices.
Sounds ok if you definitely want canon.
I bought this one from ebay last week, it`s the best camera I`ve had and sounds similar spec to yours.
I paid £49.20 plus £7 postage, it takes brilliant photos.

Not a good value. Many stores were selling the SD1100 IS New on line at $150. I’m sure this camera is being phased out.

I just bought the refurbished sd770
they are about the same
watch the price for a few days
it goes up and down from day to day
