Looking for handheld fans for outdoor Wedding Ceremony?
Has anyone done this? Wanting to know a place to buy in bulk Im needing about 250. My colors are Tiffany Blue and Gold. Possibly printing the program on the fans also, but dont have to. I want the folding affect, can be paper or other material. Any suggestions will help, thanks so much!

these are cute, you can do either programs or you could have your pics and a thank you message.

however, if you want to save money, these would be a good DIY project.

these are a more modern paper hand fan. This website is really good too. It’s not one that will rip you off. lol.

Try http://www.daisy-days.com. They have blue silk folding fans that might work for you. (They also come in white or pink and white paper options).
Theknot.com also has some fan options as does invitationsbydawn.com. Good luck! If you can’t find any to match your colors, I’d suggest going with white fans. If you get flat paper fans with a popsicle stick handle, you can customize the printing to match your colors/theme.

It’s a great idea!
If you want them to be nice, don’t get the cheap, assorted solid colored folding fans from the oriental trading company. My cousin had her wedding on 7/7. Everyone thought it was a great touch, until you opened them and they broke. I had to open 3 of them to find one that didn’t come disconnected from the plastic holder thing.
So consider spending a bit more. If you have time you might want to order a small batch (or just a single one) if the cost isn’t too high- just so you can see what they are like.

Oriental Trading has some lovely ones for a great price. Order them in white and spray paint them or add a colored ribbon/sticker if you really want to fit but the white will be nice as is. Keep in mind they will be blocked by bodies and won’t show up a ton in pictures.
I reccomend also having a basket or two with the paper parasols for shade and leaving a bottle of water on each seat along with the programs and the fans.
