Maybe consider an accessory that will clearly set you apart- a scarf, earrings, necklace, bracelet, even you're purse, or maybe a flower in your hair. I wore a navy blue linen dress to a wedding, and the bridesmaids' dresses were also navy. I must say I was surprised...this was several years ago and I wasn't used to the newer trends in bm dresses...some even wearing black. So, anyway, it was fine. I don't think anyone really noticed...at least nothing was mentioned. It was one of the loveliest weddings I have attended...at the War Memorial in Gross Pointe, Michigan. Just stunning!
