Child support license, probation violation, etc., help!?
My ex and I have a 13 Mon old son together. He worked at Kraftmaid stop for a wk and and when we went to support the child meeting he told the job he currently has, income, etc. A week or so he has informed me that they not commit the deduct maintenance payments from his paycheck and told me that child support still thinks he is the Kraftmaid he quit, from which I hard to believe when you have his SSN found. It seems like he is at work he is at home online, or he has a new schedule with different days and hours per week, he leaves early to not go, etc. It just seems like he works on fishy a place where customer service is pretty strict with these things. His father received an e-mail to tell his mother that the child support on his credit report, that it was in one sum. I went to court, since it first August, so he is not paid for two months (luckily I’m still on cash assistance and not actual child). . . . . I had a few questions. What do I do next? Will they suspend his license? If this violates his probation and put him back to prison? He was in prison until the child 6 months old and left me not even two months after we got out and I tried out things, but they will not backdate, only because I filed for support onward, but not sure if I would see it every since I was on TANF and then anyway. . . . I’m just curious, should I support a child and see what’s going on? I have a feeling he does not because the girl he left for me, said: “He never has money and buys him what he needs” so that I have this feeling he may not have ever have this job in the first instead, because his presence alone would ruin any work with his criminal history and lack of GED, I wonder how he even got set. What do you think will happen? Everything, what should I do? Think I could get all the back-owed child support, as they told me they do not count every time he was in prison (6 Mo’s of baby’s life), plus I think I see it but I would’nt want to. . . Imagine they would like for the time they shall pay me to stay home with my son. I try only to see how this affect me, but him and his family can get full custody, and he can not even support him and he always seems to come home with bad nappy rash to think bruises, and had roseola last time he came home. I’m just trying to see my best option, and ask how this is affecting visitation if he is charged, etc., because if my money, I could up the child unterstützen.Danke guys, I’m from Ohio, Mahoning County, if the hilft.Update on this site, look for the second Place to update and tell me what u think: http://www. prison talk. com / forums / showthread. php? p = 3095066 # post3095066
“My ex and me” pretty much says it all.
(eyes rolliing).
Contact your case workers I guess, and try to use better grammar when you talk to them.
