Outside the fuse box for outdoor fan has bad contacts – easy to replace?

If you are still using fuses then your home is more that 20 years old. This might be a good time to upgrade to a more modern panel with circuit breakers. It’s not difficult to do, but you will have to figure out how to de-energize the incoming electricity. Unless you’re very good, I would not recommend doing the work witht he circuit hot.
