I’m guessing one reason why these seat bidets aren’t mainstream USA is due to the plumbing codes here. Possibility of cross contamination is high without some kind of vacuum breaker or back-flow prevention.

I have a bidet and love it. I think this video is great up until she explains the part where they have rags hanging on the wall that they use to dry themselves? Sorry but a bidet only gets you 99% clean… and using a rag that someone else had used it just plain disgusting. You are better off using toilet paper and just using a lot less of it.

I feel so much more comfortable with the idea of a bidet now.. I feel like your particular bidet is easier to use than most due to the “rod” thing… how can I add one of those jet boosters to my existing toilet?

This model is very impressive. I have a cheap hand held that looks like a sink rinser hose and sprayer. It sells for around $40 on the web but it gets the job done and my underwear stay fresh and unstained. I am always fresh as a daisy. Bidets should be all over the place in America.

I have this same model (because Audrey insisted I buy it). My landlord wouldn’t let me hook it up. I can’t wait to hook it up in my new house. Maybe I can finally say goodbye to baby wipes. Audrey gives it to us straight about the poop. She’s my sister and I love her.

great use of words!!! i have had a bidet most of my life, and really REALLY relate to what you said about vacationing… Ive learned to improvise, but lets just say i hope no one uses my towels to wash/ dry their face!!!!!!

Really great explanations. You could become rich selling bidets to most of the USA because you make it sound not like something unusual, but something we’ve been missing for a long time. Being part Japanese, I should have had an electronically controlled model by now!

What is the brand of the bidet toilet attachment? Are they available for installation in homes? I like the idea of warm water option. I think I would prefer a front-to-back water spray, but haven’t found combination warm water with front spray on internet search yet. Thanks for the user-guide!
